Private & Corporate Workshop Terms
We know plans can change. These terms are designed to keep the booking process clear while accounting for the preparation, materials and venue arrangements involved in creating your workshop.
How is my booking confirmed?
A $200 booking deposit is required to secure your workshop date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The deposit will be deducted from your final workshop invoice. Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these booking terms.
When is the final payment due?
Final participant numbers must be confirmed 14 days before your workshop. The remaining balance is due at this time and will be based on the confirmed number of participants or the agreed minimum booking value, whichever is greater.
Can participant numbers change?
Participant numbers can be adjusted up until 14 days before the workshop, subject to the agreed minimum booking number.
After this date, numbers may be increased if we have the capacity and materials available, but they cannot be reduced. Refunds cannot be provided for confirmed participants who are subsequently unable to attend.
What happens if we need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your workshop:
30 days or more before the event: $100 of your deposit will be refunded. Alternatively, the full $200 deposit can be transferred once to another available date.
Between 15 and 29 days before the event: the $200 booking deposit is non-refundable.
Within 14 days of the event: the full confirmed workshop fee is payable and non-refundable, as materials, preparation and venue arrangements will have been confirmed.
Can we move our workshop to another date?
Where possible, bookings changed at least 30 days before the workshop can be transferred once to another available date.
The new workshop must take place within six months of the original booking. Any additional venue or supplier costs resulting from the change will be added to the final invoice.
Requests received fewer than 30 days before the workshop will be considered individually and may incur additional costs.
What happens if The Pretty Collective needs to cancel?
If The Pretty Collective needs to cancel your workshop, you can choose between transferring your booking to another mutually agreed date or receiving a full refund of all payments made.
